Workshop

After an initial briefing and discovery, a workshop ranging from 2-4 hours unpacks and challenges the brief and sets the objectives for the work.

Training

Tailored training over seven weeks invites a small business, brand team or greater management team to unpack and refocus on what is important. What direction does the business want to go in, what is available, and how does it get there.

We unpack all of the above into an idea of what a strategy might look like and how to do one.
